PHYSIOLOGICAL RESETS
no-one teaches you this shit, so when you get stuck, stressed, or your brain starts spinning in circles do this:
1: push your chair back - this broadens your visual field and drops stress activation.
2: look up - this elevates alertness, pulls you out of tunnel vision.
3: hands down, chin up - this opens you to alternative solutions.
4: shut up - you cannot detach while speaking or overthinking, have a moment of silence.
the solution is often right in front of you, but you cannot see it from inside the panic.
