Thank you to everyone who participated in the Grok Game Day Ad Contest. In just 48 hours, we received over 4,000 submissions filling the timeline with bold ideas, unexpected interpretations, and entirely new creative directions, all created with @Grok Imagine 1.0.
These submissions made one thing clear: with Imagine 1.0, there are no limits to what can be imagined or reimagined.
Entries were evaluated based on creativity, originality, and U.S. Verified Home Timeline impressions. Finalist videos were carefully verified to confirm they were created exclusively with Grok Imagine 1.0, including review of original project links and prompts to ensure authenticity.

The $1M Dollar Prize
The $1M dollar grand prize goes to @andyorsow's: Understand the Universe. Faster. This witty, cinematic reimagining of Galileo’s inquisition presents it as a modern query to Grok—highlighting Grok’s truth-seeking capabilities and xAI’s mission to understand the universe.

The Runner Up Prize
Second place and $500,000 goes to @Diesol, whose touching ad follows a young boy’s dream of reaching space—and the journey that gets him there. The video shows how curiosity, persistence, and determination can turn a childhood dream into reality, with Grok as a constant and trusted companion.
Third Place
Third place and $250,000 goes to @PJaccetturo. His ad takes us on a journey through space, vividly bringing xAI's mission to life.
PJ also shared a step-by-step guide explaining how he created his winning video, helping creators learn how to make high-quality videos using Grok Imagine.
Honorable Mentions
During our review, we identified standout submissions beyond the top three that deserve recognition. These two videos showcase creative uses of Grok Imagine 1.0 and tell unique, memorable stories that resonated with us. Each creator will receive a $100,000 award.
Our grand prize–winning ad, “Understand the Universe. Faster.” by @andyorsow, will air across multiple ad placements on X throughout the big game today, including the Super Bowl Portal.
