The Internet is cooked, You've seen them everywhere. The hyper realistic AI influencers taking over your feed. Pulling in 10M+ views/mo on IG. All selling a $12.99 fitness program probably ran by a 16 yo with a simple tech stack.
and no, these are not obviously AI generated videos.
these are almost indistinguishable from reality

With this level of quality and the millions of views these accounts get, you would think these AI influencers are making at least $30K/mo, well no... that could not be further from the truth.
I've spoken to some of the owners of these accounts, most of them are making $500/mo. Which is shocking, but does that mean AI influencers are not worth the effort?
Not at all.
It means 99% of people that are making them, have no idea about basic marketing priciples.
And thats why i'm writing this article, you are early, and what i'm about to break down here will give you the upper hand in the new era of social media.
The difference between $500/mo to $30k/mo with AI influencers.
There is basically 2 reason why these pages are making $500/mo
And not $30k/mo
1. They are selling e-book guides ( which literally nobody buys )
our generation does everything through apps.
if they were selling a fitness app instead they would
Be easily clearing $20-50k/mo already.
Product matter a lot, and its so easy now to just
make an app within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Their CTA's are cooked
they literally have no call to actions, the owners of these accounts
are just expecting viewers to go to their profile and click the link in BIO
without being told to do so.
I know that apps are the right product to sell here because I own 11 apps all mostly scaled with Influencers and I usually get a 3 to 4x ROAS on my investment.
So now that you know how to actually make these pages convert, lets talk about what you need to make one.
How to make an AI influencer ?
The first thing you need to do is pick a niche and have a product in mind

Getting your app approved usually takes about 3-7 days because of the tedious apple review process, but don't let that keep you idle.
While you wait, its time to start creating your first AI influencer.
marketing goes before product.
Here's exactly what I use to create them:
Step 1: Create your character ( Nano Banana )
Nano Banana is where you generate your base character.
Before you make a video you first need a reference for your character.
I use Nano Banana inside of Arcads
Be insanely specific with your prompt.
→ Age, ethnicity, hair color, skin tone
→ Lighting ( natural, gym lighting, golden hour )
→ Environment ( gym, kitchen, outdoor, bedroom )
→ Accessories ( water bottle, resistance band, airpods )
→ Vibe ( serious athlete, wellness girlie, biohacker, morning routine guy )
Generate a before and after variation.
Pick the 2-3 most realistic ones.

Step 2 Make them move with Character
Swap feature.
A static image is only where you start.
Now you need to make actual moving footage.
And this is where most people overcomplicate it.
They spend hours trying to prompt realistic motion.
Sending the longest prompts trying to get a guy to do a pushup that doesn't look like Will Smith eating spaghetti.
But, there is a much easier way.
I use the character swap feature inside Arcads.
And it works kind of like a Mocap suit.
Here's exactly how it works:
Step 1: Find b-roll footage of a real person
Go on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube shorts.
Find a real human doing exactly the motion you want your character to do.
→ Someone doing pushups
→ Someone walking into a gym
→ Someone checking their phone and reacting
→ Someone doing a before and after reveal

Download the clip.
That real person's movement is now your motion template.
Step 2: Upload your Nano Banana image into Arcads
Take the character image you generated.
The hyperrealistic before or after.
Upload it into Arcads and select the character swap feature.
Step 3: Swap the character onto the b-roll
Arcads will take your AI character and map their face and body onto the real person in the footage.
The real person's movement becomes your character's movement.
Your character inherits all of it.
That's why it looks so real.

Step 3: Edit and add your CTA
after you've made a few different videos of the character in different poses and styles, you are ready to start posting,

one that goes viral quite often is "The Divorce Effect"
and put all the clips together,
You should not reinvent the wheel,
take inspiration from what other are doing
that will ensure you go viral everytime.

This video got 8M views by the way, it's only missing the Call to action towards the middle of the video to be perfect.
Step 4: Automating the entire creative pipeline with Open Claw
At this point you have a system that is repeatable and can now be automated Now let's make the whole thing run without you.

at that point you can use your already validated influencer videos that worked in organic, And put them behind paid ads.
and thats how $100k/mo apps are born.
Except now you have full control over the content.
and don't need to micro manage influencers.
you are the influencer now, the orchestrator.
