When an agent in the game reaches the Rare tier, there will be a surprise visual upgrade!

Alongside this, play agents in the Agency will grant Spark Boosts, which add another layer of agency-wide progression, rewarding consistency and thoughtful setup across your roster.
In short, Higher-rarity characters provide stronger boost effects and Spark Boosts increase the speed of Spark Core acquisition. This is to incentivize and reward real players who have progressed through the game.
