90% of people in the AI community on X are wasting their time...
they bookmark 1000's of "AI sauce" posts, comment on every n8n workflow lead magnet & would SWEAR that this is going to end up being worthwhile...
but if someone put a gun to their head and told them to explain how anything that they learned resulted in REAL revenue, they would have no idea how to respond... lol
wanna know why this happens?
it's because they are making the grave mistake of learning a SKILL without first setting up a VEHICLE to apply it to.
how useless would learning how to drive be if you didn't have a fully functioning car?
it is incredibly important, for the sake of your future self, that you take your time to understand this simple concept...
most information is useless without being immediately applied - ESPECIALLY when it's not applied to a vehicle that has already proven to take you to the outcome you're looking for... revenue
when i was a 15 year old boy with zero business experience, i used to read business books... you'd think that this would teach me about business right?
but the truth is i got absolutely ZERO value from them...
why?
because i didn't have anything going on that i could apply the concepts to. the information entered one ear & left out the other...
this is because it wasn't tangible. i didn't have anywhere in the real world to immediately apply these concepts to.
i couldn't say "X concept" or "Y idea" can be applied to a process within my business. because i didn't have one.
it's only once i actually had an offer of my own that this same information became fruitful for me.
the insane tech that comes out everyday in this fast-paced industry means absolutely NOTHING to you if you don't have a foundational revenue-generating machine to apply it to.
this article will focus on solving that for you...
here is the three-step framework to annihilate shiny object syndrome and start building a vehicle that you can actually apply this "AI sauce" to...
step 1: design the vehicle (product ideation & creation)
building fast means nothing if you don't know WHAT to build or WHO you are building it for.
even if you perfectly replicated a product that's doing insanely well.
if you don't understand the market, the pain points that are driving conversions, the underlying desires their ICP has, the underlying problems that the product solves...
you will have absolutely no success when it comes to marketing/conversion.
replicating WHAT a product is, without understanding WHY people buy it, is useless...
it's true that you are paid in direct proportion to the VALUE you create and the difficulty of the problem you solve - but only if you are effectively communicating this value, in places where people with this problem can be found.
this is only found once you truly understand your market.
before you open your favorite LLM & spin up a product to sell, you need to validate a concept and understand market demand....
you need to answer:
who is the audience? be specific. "business owners" is not a niche. "agency owners doing $10k/mo who are bottlenecked by fulfillment" is a niche.
what is their painful problem? not a "nice to have" problem. a "i have a crippling toothache & i'm about to rip my tooth out" problem. are they losing money? are they wasting 20 hours a week? are they losing status?
why is your solution worth more than their money? value is the bridge between their current torment and their desired peace. does your solution cross that bridge faster, cheaper, or easier than the alternative?
if you cannot answer these, no amount of prompting or agents will save you.
remember that AI is an amplifier - if you amplify dogshit, you get premium dogshit.
once the problem is validated, you must package the solution.
an idea is useless until it takes a tangible form.
most successful businesses in this digital economy essentially boil down to one of these three product formats.
pick the one that fits your leverage/advantages:
education (info-products): this is "teaching them how to do it." you sell your expertise, frameworks, and systems. it's good because you can build once, sell it infinitely & has minimal fulfillment costs.
implementation (agency/services): this is "doing it for or with them" (dfy/dwy). you sell the outcome and the labor. this has the highest price point and is easiest to sell because you guarantee the result.
automation (software/saas): this is "automating it for them." you sell a tool that removes the human friction entirely. this has the highest valuation and massive scalability.
step 2: building the funnel (sales assets)
a great product hidden behind a terrible offer is a shit business.
imagine you had a URL and you knew that for every 100 link clicks you drive, you'll make $500.
your workload would then be boiled down to sending visitors to the website - that's the point of building up sales assets.
your product will not sell itself. to build a functioning revenue-generating machine, you need three specific components:
a high-converting offer: this isn't just the thing you sell. it's the guarantee, the risk reversal, the bonuses, and the framing. it’s the logic that makes saying "no" feel dumb.
a video sales letter (VSL): you need a salesperson that works 24/7 without sleeping. a VSL is intended to do the heavy lifting of educating the prospect, handling objections, and building authority before you ever speak to them.
a landing page: this is a website optimized for one single goal: conversion. this is where AI actually becomes a superpower. once you understand your market, and combined that knowledge with the ins and outs of copywriting, you can instruct AI to generate amazing copy for you in seconds.
a newsletter (nurture system): social media is rented land within a feed. the newsletter is the property you actually own. most people won't buy after seeing one video, so the newsletter provides the necessary 7-13 touchpoints to warm up cold leads, build trust, and convert them into customers on autopilot long after they've scrolled past your post.
step 3: sending leads through your funnel (traffic & conversion)
you basically have the vehicle and the engine. now all you need is the fuel.
in the digital economy, ATTENTION is the currency. but attention without conversion is a vanity metric.
you can have 100,000 views on a viral AI-generated video, but if you don’t have a mechanism to turn that viewer into a customer, you're wasting your time.
you need to master the distribution platforms (X, YouTube, IG, TT) with a specific intent:
high-intent targeting: you need to know how to target people who are actively searching for a solution to the problem you identified in step 1.
building authority: proving you or your brand is THE expert who can solve the pain your ICP is facing
top of funnel content: understanding exactly how to move someone from a 3-second tweet to a 10-minute video to a $1,000 purchase.
there is A LOT that I'd need to cover to fully make you grasp these 3 concepts, and i simply can't fit it all into one article.
but let this be the beginning of your journey of creating REAL offers - so that when you see a new AI tool pop up in your feed, your first instinct isn't...
"oh that's a cool tool"
bur rather... "i can use this to print"
when we launched AI frontrunners V1 we realized that most people ultimately want to learn how to use AI to make money, they don't need another tutorial on "how to prompt efficiently."
they need to learn the business fundamentals, and ONLY THEN they can apply info on how to ACCELERATE them with AI.
AI frontrunners V2 is designed to fill the five critical gaps that people have, our 65+ lessons cover:
product ideation: finding a market that ACTUALLY pays.
product creation: blueprints for software, info-products, or services.
sales assets: the assets to send traffic to, so that you can make sales while you're sleeping.
creative: using AI to create marketing.
traffic generation: algorithm breakdowns so that you can get attention, and then more importantly, guides on converting that attention into SALES.
if you are ready to stop collecting information and start building a REAL business w/ the help of AI, we'll be waiting for you in the AI frontrunners chat.
we even offer a 60-day guarantee: if you act on the information & don't have a revenue-generating infrastructure set up within 60 days, we'll refund you.
right now, access is $79, but when the community hits 500 members, it permanently increases to $179.
